Preparation and recommended intakes
FontActiv Mix is easy to prepare: to reconstitute a portion, add 50 g of product to 200 ml of water.
The meat-based products (beef, chicken and veal) are suitable as a substitute for protein and vegetable portions, with the added benefit of prebiotics, vitamins and minerals. For a complete meal, a food rich in carbohydrates should be added.
The creamed products (carrots and vegetables) are suitable as a substitute for a portion of vegetables, with the added benefit of prebiotics, vitamins and minerals. For a complete meal a protein-based product should be added.
