PREPARATION
Add 4 spoonfuls of powder (60 g) into 200 ml of water.
Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened consume the contents within 4 weeks.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Can be used as a sole source of nutrition, or a supplement in case of increased nutritional requirements.
As a supplement: 2 servings/day.
