PREPARATION
Fill a large glass with 150 ml of water and add 3 spoonfuls of powder (87 g).
Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened consume the contents within 4 weeks.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Can be used as a sole source of nutrition, or a supplement.
