PREPARATION
Add the content of one sachet (53 g) into 200 mL of water.
Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool and dry place.
Once prepared, under hygienic conditions, the product should be covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Can be used as a partial or total meal replacement of the daily diet:
- Partial meal replacement: Replace 1 or 2 main meals per day and maintain the other meals with regular food
- Total meal replacement: Replace all daily meals with 4 sachets
